Mountains and Seas as the Stage, Breaking the Ice and Setting Sail
At the No. 3 Starting Square of the Mountain and Sea Health Trail, interesting ice-breaking activities ignited the morning enthusiasm. Team names and slogans clashed in the heat wave as the young eagles took the mountains as their backdrop and colored pens as their medium, sketching their vision of "Honglu" on plain white folding fans. The subsequent "String Track Ball Transport" activity, with just two strings and one ball, allowed the newly acquainted participants to experience the tacit understanding of synchronized rhythm for the first time.
The 3.8-kilometer hiking journey was not only a test of physical strength but also a contest of wisdom. During the "A4 Paper Challenge," everyone held their breath, using careful planning and collaboration to help the entire team pass through the fragile paper sheet. Along the way, they collected fallen leaves and petals, letting wisdom flow through their fingertips in the "Bracelet Unlocking" game. Though a sudden downpour arrived when they reached the finish line, it failed to dampen their passion. Each group created a "Youth Like a Rainbow" art piece using natural materials, which became the most beautiful scenery amid the wind and rain.
Chasing Dreams in Minnan, Culture Taking Root in Hearts
In the afternoon, they moved to "Yu Meets Minnan · Time Illusion," where the charm of Song Dynasty tea culture and Nanyang arcades unfolded before their eyes. An immersive script-based game centered on Honglu's corporate culture officially kicked off. All participants transformed into "Maritime Silk Road explorers," shuttling through four themed blocks: earning silver tickets, rushing to check-in spots, searching for clues, and deciphering codes.
The young eagles wrote their aspirations in front of the tea house, used AI to create melodies for the corporate mission in the alleyways, and experienced the core values through multilingual translation. Culture was no longer just slogans on the wall but became a vivid presence that could be interpreted and felt.
When all clues were collected, everyone sat in a circle and matched 12 event cards recording Honglu's development history with their corresponding time points. From the hardships of the early days of the factory to the strides toward the world, the 34-year footprint of struggle connected into a clear river of time before their eyes. They rolled the world ball, advancing from the first milestone to the latest achievements along the timeline, systematically reviewing Honglu's journey through trials and hardships.
